P.H.A.S.E. 1 is an established leader in the movement and sports skill, having assisted in the development of over 200 NCAA and professional athletes in the past 20 years. (Alumni List)
P.H.A.S.E. 1 offers customized athlete training and sport-specific skill development to individuals, groups, teams, schools, and companies.
The P.H.A.S.E. 1 Training System is a proprietary physical literacy curriculum that has also been used to develop p.e classes, camps, programs for children with autism, and post rehab training for athletes returning to high-level competition.

There are many highly skilled players that don't have the athleticism to get the most out of their skills and therefore won't reach their goals. These same athletes usually do not have sufficient access to training. At P.H.A.S.E. 1 we maximize your athletic movement skills by teaching proper techniques for agility, balance, coordination, flexibility, metabolic training, power, reaction time, speed, strength, and strength endurance.
